About this coloring page

This festive coloring page features a cheerful Christmas elf holding a giant striped candy cane. The illustration is designed with bold, thick black outlines and large open spaces, making it perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who are just learning to stay within the lines. The elf wears a classic jingle bell hat, pointed ears, and a simple holiday outfit that invites a variety of bright colors. Use this drawing as a quiet classroom activity during the holiday season, a fun project for a rainy winter afternoon, or a creative station at a children's Christmas party.

How to color this page

• Use a bright red marker or crayon for every other stripe on the candy cane to give it a traditional peppermint look.
• Start with the larger areas like the elf's hat and suit before moving to smaller details like the jingle bell.
• The thick outlines work best with chunky crayons or washable markers, which are ideal for younger children.
• Try using a gold or yellow glitter gel pen on the small bell at the tip of the hat for a special festive touch.
