About this coloring page

This highly detailed illustration features a young baker presenting a tray of fresh rolls amidst a stunning display of holiday desserts. The scene is packed with intricate elements including a multi-tiered star cake, a Yule log, gingerbread houses, and shelves lined with patterned jars. The fine-line art style offers a complex challenge for advanced colorists who enjoy shading wood grain textures, snowy village window views, and delicate evergreen garlands. This Master Artist level sheet is perfect for a quiet winter afternoon at home or as a sophisticated holiday classroom activity for older students who love culinary themes.

How to color this page

• Use fine-liner pens or sharpened colored pencils to navigate the tiny patterns on the tiered cake and the individual sprinkles on the cookies.
• Start by coloring the background window scene with cool blues and whites to create a contrast with the warm, cozy atmosphere of the indoor bakery.
• Apply a light brown base to the Yule log and use a darker shade to trace the circular wood grain lines for a realistic textured effect.
• Use metallic gel pens for the small Christmas ornaments and star toppers to make the festive decorations pop against the paper.
